David Kruglov, Chief Executive Officer
Based in Southern California, David Kruglov serves as ShareSquared's Chief Executive Officer. As the leader of the executive team, David is responsible for the vision, direction and overall strategy of the company. He is a graduate of UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and holds a degree in Economics and Computer Science.
As a former hands-on architect and developer, David's deep technical knowledge coupled with keen business acumen help to forge the direction of ShareSquared, keeping the organization at the forefront of the software services industry. |

Based in Ohio, Paul Stork is a SharePoint 2010 Certified Master Candidate, a four-time Microsoft SharePoint MVP and Chief Architect at ShareSquared.
Paul has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management and holds myriad certifications including being a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect and Developer, Database Admin, IT Professional and Professional Developer. He is an author and/or contributor on several SharePoint books including:

Scott C. Holbrook, Director, Project Management Office

Scott is the Director, PMO for ShareSquared, and has over twenty years of progressive experience in the IT industry, ranging from system development to senior department leadership. He has hands-on experience implementing system architecture and data systems, delivering information security services, ensuring auditable quality assurance practices, and providing project management and leadership.
For the past ten years his experience has been focused on managing multiple concurrent SharePoint and security projects for a wide variety of commercial and government clients. Prior to that, Scott spent ten years designing and developing software, including Web solutions, databases, and military systems; five of those years were spent in team leadership and technical management positions. Scott’s strengths include his ability to successfully propose and manage projects by establishing realistic timelines and resource allocation profiles while continually assessing and mitigating risk exposure. |

Jim Duncan, Senior SharePoint Architect

Based in Northern California, Jim Duncan is a SharePoint 2010 Certified Master Candidate, a former Microsoft SharePoint Team Service MVP ('04) and Senior SharePoint Architect at ShareSquared. Jim has been working with the SharePoint product since its initial release in 2001. He is a SharePoint Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (BVSDPS) engagement leader.
Jim has served as a Senior Architect and Project Lead on numerous SharePoint implementations ranging from large scale enterprise portals to line of business systems built on the SharePoint platform. He is a pioneer in extending SharePoint beyond portal software by leveraging the SharePoint framework to construct mission critical web-based business applications. |

Michael Van Cleave, Senior SharePoint Architect & Practice Lead

Based in Colorado, Michael is a Senior SharePoint Architect and Lead Consultant at ShareSquared, Inc. Michael’s experience in IT extends back 11 years in which that time was spent completely in Microsoft technologies. He has worked in various roles throughout his IT career from Developer to Practice Director of Microsoft Technologies and has also been a Microsoft Certified Trainer for the last 6 years delivering courses around Microsoft .NET and SharePoint. Using close and positive customer relations with all clients Michael specializes in process improvement, technology training, long term technology strategy, and technology roadmap development.

Dave Milner, Senior SharePoint Architect & Products Lead

Based in Colorado, Dave Milner is a SharePoint 2010 Certified Master Candidate and Senior SharePoint Architect at ShareSquared. Dave is the former Chief Architect of a SharePoint and .NET solution provider company and is the author of APress book “ Pro SharePoint 2010 Solutions: Techniques for Building SharePoint Functionality into ASP.NET Applications”. Dave is a technology professional with deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including 19 years of IT experience and 8+years of C#/.NET experience.
Dave has an MBA with a technology management focus, and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as having obtained other advanced Microsoft certifications. He also is a Certified Scrum Master, having success implementing Scrum methodologies with several application development and solution teams.
In the technology community, Dave is a frequent speaker and trainer at local and national SharePoint events including SPTechCon and SharePoint Saturdays. He runs the Colorado Springs arm of the Colorado SharePoint User Group community as well as serves on the leadership team of SouthColorado.NET – an INETA group dedicated to the latest Microsoft technologies. Dave also helps out Microsoft Learning working on certification exams for the latest SharePoint and .NET technologies.

He is a SharePoint Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and has implemented numerous enterprise portals, record management systems and custom business applications using the SharePoint and .NET platforms.
Ted was formerly the Chief Software Architect for a commercial software vendor and is fluent in agile development methodologies and all facets of the software development lifecycle. |
